2. Booking and Payment:
All payments for B&B stays or travel services are processed via Stripe. By making a booking through our website, you confirm that the details provided (including payment details) are accurate and complete. You also agree to pay all applicable fees, including taxes, service charges, and any additional costs related to your booking.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policies:
- Cancellations: You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the check-in date for a full refund, less any applicable transaction fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date are non-refundable.
- Refunds: In the event of a refund, the funds will be returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- No-Show Policy: If you fail to arrive on the check-in date without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.
4. Use of the Website:
- You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or to violate any applicable local, state, or national law.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your login credentials.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any violations of these Terms are identified.

BBTrips does not assume any liability for accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during your stay or travel planning services. You use our services at your own risk, and we are not responsible for the actions of third parties (e.g., suppliers or service providers).
